Below is some information in regards to our stores trading, ordering online and ongoing orders.
Opening hours during Level 3
We hoped that our store would be able to re-open during Level 3 Restrictions, but our patients safety is our top priority and therefore our store will remain closed during Level 3.
However, we will have team members and an optometrist available weekday mornings for phone consultations and for orders and any eyecare questions or queries you might have.
We understand that some customers had cancelled appointments prior to the lockdown, and we have made arrangements for these people to be contacted when we do re-open to re-book these appointments. If you had an appointment and you are needing advice or care urgently please give us a call and we can assist you with this.

Buying contacts, solution or other products:
We are able to continue to supply you with your contact lenses, solutions and other products as per normal. If you give us a call or email us with your order and we can arrange for this to be delivered to your address contactless.
Placed an order before lockdown?
If you placed an order for contact lenses, glasses or sunglasses prior to the lockdown and would like an update on your order, please give us a call or email and we will be able to provide you with a timeframe for these products. If we have an order ready for you we will arrange contactless delivery for you.
As expected, currently our postal service is under immense pressure as are our laboratories which means there may be some delays but we will update you in regards to any delays which might occur.
